XdN Tweaker, a free Windows 7 tweaking program that offers basic Windows 7 tweak features unlike offer as many adjustments as TweakNow PowerPack 2009, but it covers the basics. It can hide/show the right-click send to menu, add context menu options for take ownership, move to, and copy to, disable hibernation, and more.
