Security Task Manager is a very nice alternative of default Windows task Manager. It shows the detailed information about the programs and processes currently running. It also tells you about the program type, it’s path and how it gets activated. The program also lets you know the texts present in the file. You can even see the properties of the program and see if it is causing problems to your computer or not.
