As Windows 7 RTM has been leaked over the internet, Taimur Asad from Redmond Pie has extract Windows 7 icons directly from Windows 7 resource files and compile into icons pack.

As Windows 7 RTM Icons Pack contains 227 Hi-Resolution icons, all in their original .ico format. You can use these icons on either  your XP or Vista system.
